High solids, smooth flow, water clear in the can, resists yellowing, quick dry and smooth sanding, this product earns its name but allowing multiple ways to use. Dries quickly and sands easily for self sealing. This coating demonstrates very good moisture, household wear, household chemical and mar resistance. A ready to use vinyl sanding sealer with good clarity and good moisture resistance. An excellent product for use as a tie-coat where adhesion is important. Formulated for use with clear Varicure topcoat as a high-performance pre-catalyzed system. Variseal sealer sands easily and quickly to provide a smooth film. Extremely cost effective while maintaining exceptional quality. It shares the same user-friendly qualities as Varicure topcoat without sacrificing performance. Not to be overcoated with post-catalyzed material.

A light stable, fast drying varnish with fast building properties due to it's extremely high solid content. It gives a smooth, knock proof and hard wearing surface resisting influence from alcohol, water or interior use. Recommended as a topcoat on kitchen cabinets, high build office or residential furniture and other interior applications where durability is required. It's resin properties make it very good on light stability. Sands well for self-sealing or may be sealed with PlastiPrimer 1420. Chemlife 24 Plus White gives a smooth, knock-proof and hard wearing surface resisting influence from alcohol, water, etc. and is a clean, durable and dependable, KCMA approved top coat. A true 24 hour pot life provides minimum waste resulting in lower production costs. Chemlife 24 Plus White is compatible with the C-Match Color Formula System, which offers 854 preformulated opaque color formulas using #844 pigments. Available in various sheens. Spray ready, superior hide at 49% solids. Variset White is KCMA tested with good moisture, wear, chemical and mar resistance. Uses the same chemistry as the great Varicure. Very high build at 65% solids, waterborne, ready to spray primer provides a good base coat on hardwoods, softwoods and MDF. Performs like a solvent based primer with minimal grain raise. This product is unique in that it can be used under all conventional solvent based top coats or as a primer for waterborne systems. Excellent for pre-primed only jobs. Can be tinted and is also available in Black and Neutral.

Versaprime is a pure white vinyl primer providing good coverage and flow-out with minimal grain raise, superior moisture resistance and good adhesion over all wood species. Versaprime is fast drying with excellent sandability, is compatible with pre-catalyzed products and also catalyzed products when catalyzed. Use as a post-catalyzed product for material that is pre-primed only. Mixing Ratio: (Optional) 100 parts volume 545-5119 to 3 part volume 873-0870 catalyst.

A concentrated pigmented semi-paste designed for tinting purposes only. Formulated for tinting all types of solvent based stains and finishes. Not for use in water base products. These are the tints needed for the 854 preformulated colors in Chemcraft's C-Match Color System.

The ORA VERDE ® line has been formulated to deliver superior performance while still meeting strict North American environmental standards. ORA VERDE ® is a truly amazing product that leaves competition at the starting line. Carries improved non-yellowing properties and better chemical resistance. ORA VERDE ® formaldehyde free Chiaro is formulated as an ultra-clear, two-part polyurethane with excellent physical properties and chemical resistance. Extremely durable with superior impact tolerance and a great feel. Great choice for surfaces requiring extra wear and chemical resistance. Use on wood, table and furniture tops, cabinetry, store fixtures and interior marine. Chiaro High Solid Sealer is recommended for under the top coat. Chiaro HS creates a high build system with excellent grain filler properties. For best results, follow all specification guides. Mixing Ratio for Top Coat: 100 parts volume 436-48XX to 50 parts volume 876-9068 hardener. Mixing Ratio for Sealer: 100 parts volume 4436-2320 to 50 parts volume 876-9068 hardener.

Isolante is a 2-part polyurethane sealer designed to improve adhesion between topcoat and substrate. Works well for oily woods such as Teak and unusual substrates like PVC and fiberglass. Recommended topcoats are Chiaro for interior projects and D-Dur for exterior projects. Mixing Ratio: 2 parts volume 401-033 to 1 part volume 876-9066 hardener.

A clear two-component polyurethane product designed to be used on exterior wood projects where good outdoor durability is desired. Works well on window frames, exterior doors, wood lawn and garden furniture, etc. Can be tinted with #844 pigments. Ask about the availability of various sheens. Mixing Ratio: 4 parts volume 620-106 D-Dur to 1 part volume 999-062 hardener. This 4:1 ratio makes 1 gallon D-Dur and 1 quart hardener an ideal combination.

Chemcraft's new #9000 C-Mix System is the answer for builders who seek to match and produce the newer deep penetrating, vivid and trendy colors all in an easy wiping base. The complete system consists of 9 high quality mono base stains, 3 wipe-ready dyes and one clear base. While each of the nine mono bases can stand on it's own, the genius of the system is that two or more of the bases can be blended and any of the 3 wipe - ready dyes added to create virtually all of the endless array of stain colors. This system will also accept #844 tints.

FlexGlaze is an all-purpose glaze formulated in various colors for furniture and cabinet coating systems. Application may be by hand or spray. When properly applied, it will enhance the natural beauty of the wood. After applying over a wash coat, it is wiped, brush blended or hi-lighted and allowed to dry completely before over coating with a most any top coat, except waterborne. Now with improved workablity and quicker topcoating ability.

A fast drying dry glaze in a clear base that can be tinted to any shade with #844 tints. Application is usually with spray, allowing time to dry. The excess is removed with fine sand paper or Scotch-Brite. Fine accents can be achieved when applied properly on furniture or cabinets. First apply a wash coat, then apply dry glaze. After glazing, cover with a compatible clear top coat to complete the process.

Permatones offer a simple, one step dye color base. Good clarity with ease of workability. They penetrate deeply in order to achieve uniformity. Application is by spray onto well sanded wood surface. Can be covered with a spray or wiping stain or top coated with an acid-cured Chemcraft product without color change. They are light and acid stable. Available in 14 preformulated colors. (Can be mixed for more shades.)
